Bruno Giacometto Canavese Rosato DOC, 2024 dolcetto The world’s first farm-to-table IrishThis wine is made from Nebbiolo, Barbera, Neretto di Bairo, Freisa, and Merlot. The grapes are chilled and pressed in a tank where they maintain skin contact for 2 4 hours. The wine is then racked into stainless steel, where it remains on fine lees. This is a truly dark rose, with fuller berry flavors along for the ride. Pair it with steak tartare, or takeaway sushi.
