The holds are shaped to be as ergonomic as possible whilst testing a particular grip type. 2 finger Pockets: 1 pad depth at 45 degrees but 2 pad depth when placed on a vertical wall. 130mm x 100mm with a 40mm depth. They are comfy ergonomic holds which will be testing on a 45 or steeper board but perfect for training the grip type on.
