We're really excited about the potential for Nepenthe veitchii/maxima back-crosses after observing the elaborately flared peristomes that have come out of many recently made greges

It seems to be a much faster and more vigorous grower than its neighboring species (like attenboroughii) and it may boast the largest pitchers in the genus
