An Order Of Combat Valour, Type I (1945-1970) consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac with obverse centre featuring a(Baildaany er zorigiin odon ). Instituted in 1945. Three piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, green, yellow and light blue enamels, type I with solid red star surmounting the central insignia, number engraved "1902" on the reverse, measuring 49. 8 mm (w) x 47. 8 mm (h), screwback, intact enamels, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Combat Valour was instituted on October 17, 1945 and is awarded for service to and in the armed forces.
